Is there any exhaust gas coming out the exhaust with the turbo getting that hot there could be a restriction In the intake (as mentioned ) or the exhaust baffles have collapsed and causing to much back pressure just a wild stab in the dark as ive seen that happen :)

its a very common practice at work to use dishwasher fluid to flush out the cooling system of a truck that has had a oil cooler failure it sometimes takes weeks of flushing and running round to get them clean

some folk on here have mentioned using universal steering rack gaiters if you take a look on e bay you will see that some rack gaiter are fairly wide both ends, cut to fit

if the you mean the peddle is rock hard then this is probably the slave has gone to full reach the clutch forlk may have worn through the privet ball

you can replace fuel pipe with rubber pipe if fasten to chassis ok .out the way of heat and good fixings at each end :D

yes there is a left and right thread so as you can turn the tube to adjust in and out the thing is the track rod can be fitted either way round so left right can go any end buy both take the wrong one back or fit both :D
