first filter change after first use is 500-1000 mile's but as i was told carry a filter with you just in case.. after that then a annual change as normal should be ok, as i say thats what i was told.. mine as just hit the 900 mile marker so not done the change yet.

for off road i have no complaints from my 200tdi disco..and king can verifie it went every where his rangie, marks rangie and grunts depender did almost standerd(i have +2s).. i only got stuck once(when i got high centered) but that was due to lack of tread on road tire's in slippy ruts :D
