Ok. So looks like the shiny ones are fixed from what people are saying! Ok. Need a new plastic thingy as destroyed it putting it on a fixed nut and then literally breaking it off. Nearly damaged the nice new painted wheels! Will have a check when I get home! S.

That's what I thought. The caps to just make them look pretty... Would be weird to have the wrench go directly onto them. They'd get destroyed. S.

Hi all. Replaced my wheels at the weekend and decided to get some extra locking wheel nuts. Went to put them on yesterday and the shiny metal covers for the nut WILL NOT BUDGE! I used the plastic cover gadget supplied with the locking wheel nut and it ended up breaking! Is this a common...

Will let you know if I find out. Desired look has been achieved so I'm happy! Just need to stop it leaking water and getting damp! Cheers everyone for the input. S.

I think that there is a slight offset which meant spacers weren't needed. Was a straight swap out of boots onto the new rims... S.
