Hi, The main reason LHD ones cost more is because of the big boom in importing them to USA. If you convert a RHD one it's not eligible to export to the US.

For cleaning my gun I wipe it down with petrol then fill a clean can with petrol and spray it till it runs clean and normally leave it soaking in a bucket filled enough to cover it with thinners or petrol.

It would appear after seeing a different pic of a 200Tdi conversion on here I've been a total tool!!!!! The engine mount would fit far better if I tried to fit it on the correct way and not upside down DOH!!!! Silly twunt! Lol

I'm just in the final throws of getting my 110 finished but have just had a wee hitch. I'm following the Glencoyne how to so am reusing my 2.5 petrol engine mounts and new oem rubbers. I've refitted the LHS engine mount and went to refit the right side but it catches on a wee blanking flange...

Mine when done will be used for a bit of towing, getting about in (especially once winter arrives), ferrying the hounds around and for lamping from once I get my lamp fitted. All I need to do now is actually fit, plumb in and MoT it and I should be laughing.......

Well today I received an EER2532G seal and a few other bits from Barry 4x4 (great service as usual :) ). It's an Allmakes one but has the all important G suffix so all should be good (I hope!!) Cheers for your input guys

Surely if the rest of the fuel lines are 8mm that'll give the correct flow rate? Do they actually need one?

I'm thinking of installing a non return valve on my soon to be 200Tdi 110 (2.5 petrol ATM) as the fuel lines are kippered. The ones I've been looking at say Petrol or low pressure fuel system. I'll be fitting it as close to the tank as possible and running new 8mm copper lines from the tank on...
