I've acquired a One Ten bitsa with a Disco 300Tdi conversion including the R380 gearbox which now poses the annoying problem that the seat box has been cut up to accommodate the position of the gearshifter. I'm planning on heating up the gearstick and bending it so the crank in it goes...

I've shifted plenty of motors on transporters but usually using a Disco or VW Crafter LWB. I've also tow regularly including a caravan. I just wasn't sure what the max weight a 90 could tow. Cheers for the input and warnings too, Paddy :)

Can I legally tow a 110 on a Brian James transporter with a 90? I presume (I'm on holiday ATM so can't check for sure) that the transporter is plated to carry a 110 as my mate the owner had a RR Sport on it a few months back and it's a 90 hard top 300Tdi if that makes any difference. Cheers...

Well it gets worse!!! Had an email off them today saying this What does it matter what I do with it it's mine!! I replied back saying I was stripping it of all useable parts and scrapping it afterwards and included this photo of it for further "proof" :lol:

While doing my 200Tdi conversion I've noticed that both the radiator and intercooler the fins inbetween are a bit crumbly. The rad and intercooler both work fine (not burst) but are fragile. Would it be worth getting the fins redone or just leave well enough alone?

Knowing how crap a lot of LR's are coming off the production line were (are) I'd say it's a far improvement!! Lovely looking (my mates a detailer to so I can only imagine the time spent on it) but as has been said way to nice for me lol. It'd be wrecked the first time the kennel dogs went in...
