Well to go along with the original thread. I went out to suss out why my blower (can't really call it a heater :lol: ) wasn't working. The wiring looked okay but the lever was stiff as hell so I scooshed some WD40 into the slot for the lever and worked it up and down a bit. Low and behold it...

It mad crazy sticky paint (think hamerite on steroids). You look a lot mor feminine in the first picture than I'd have guessed too lol

Just got the exhaust to fit and that should be it I'm hoping either Friday or Monday for Jock MoTing it.

Due to the link to the exploded diagram you've provided it's all back together and working better than ever now. I've also got a few more part numbers I've been stuck for as well Cheers

I've just fitted a 200Tdi into my petrol One Ten. I removed the petrol engine mounts from both engines and reused the petrol ones on the 200Tdi and it dropped straight in. Use the Glencoyne Engineering guide as it's a bloody good guide. Paddy

My One Ten was missing the spring that holds the spring that holds the bonnet release in the closed position and I was trying fit a new spring but I can't see the wee holes it connects into. Does anyone have a photo or exploded diagram they can post to help clarify it please. Cheers, Paddy

Hi, I'm just finishing off my 200Tdi conversion and am wiring up the glow plugs using the disco timer relay PRC6913. The thin white /red wire is meant to go to an ignition source to cut out the 12v to the glow plugs if cranking (I think). So does this mean that it could go to the ignition point...

Well I spent a good bit of today freezing outside but I've nearly sorted/made a timed glow plug heating system using the disco bits that'll light up the choke light and I've also sorted out the air filter and all the turbo plumbing so I'm getting there!! :) :)

I did think the algae might have been holding it together a bit lol. Well I'm just off to brave the weather and wire in the glow plug timer.

Cheers for the input guys a new set have been ordered and another easy (I hope lol) job awaits.

The engines in and plumbed in, the new fuel lines are sorted throughout and it's nearly ready for mot. Just got to replace the fuel tank, bleed radiator and fuel system and done other odds and sods (I might even wash it lol). But I've got my first pic of it together... And I should be...

I had a hinge pin break on my CSW yesterday. The bolts look pretty rusty so I'm worried about trying to remove them. Any cunning tips/tricks to remove them without any disasters? lol. I've started spraying the heads with plus gas for a start. Can I get to the back side at all? It's the middle...

Sorted it now I retrieved the timing gear to battery earth lead off the disco and attached it to the steering box on my one ten and it's sorted now. Cheers, Paddy
