Looking for a bit of advice here. A local wee country garage has a Series 3 in need of repair that he will be putting up for sale in the near future. It appears to be really tidy, on a galv'd chassis and good paint. The only rot I can see after a quick look is the bulkhead pillar on one side...

I've sussed it (I think)...... It seems when my steering wheel goes back on it's pushing the whole assembly down hard against the steering column and that's where the problem is I think

Well the confusion continues..... I've torn it all down to check it out and when it was attached to the other switches and the column it did exactly what the OP's did I removed it as the photo and it works perfectly!!! I'll see how it works when rebuilt :lol:

On mine it's not the ring. I've tried it in both positions (pointing at 3 and 9 o'clock) and it's still dodgy. Maybe I need to buy a Britpart one and see if that works lol

I've got this with my drivers door. I've figured out that if I lock it with the key it's fine but if I push the button down manually it's 50/50 to whether it'll unlock with the key.

It's over 25 years for the US....... :)

In my '87 One Ten I've got next to no heat (standard Landy I know lol). If I have the blower motor just ticking over its a good heat coming out the vents but if I click it up to full it just feels cold with a minor hint of warmness. How have you plugged the gaps etc. is it a case of...

I'm just in the final throws of scrapping my old 200Tdi Disco. The engines in my One Ten and I've fold the back axle and front callipers. Running gear wise what else is interchangeable? I think front radius arms are the same but what other bits are as I can keep them refurbish and have as spares.
