To ask yet another question When replacing the filter and new o ring - it state hold it inplace and put the new replacement regualtor " but dont knock off the o ring " So wouldnt it make sence to put something like glue or sealent on o ring ???

Guys Went to the garage and had the disco 2 looked at by this guy at challenge 4x4 in Surrey.. Just somewhat concerned about the weee leak I got.. and had for a number of weeks He's pointed the finger at the Fuel Pressure Regulator maybe leakin and will need changing. My question is this...

Anyone know how you remove the rear cover after taking of the top cover Need to get access the rear camshaft oil seal to replace and plus its drenched with oil and need a bloody good clean I am also considering replacing the camshaft gasket at the same time....

Two options to ya One - Buy new ones.. LR £260 - Bay £139 or have alook at the bay and just replace the ones you need to... Other option is remove current ones, sand down, prime and paint

Well in a manor of speaking Took the engine cover of the TD5 to find the back engine cover is totally drenched in engine oil Looks like it is the rear camshaft seals gone, but i have no ideas how to get to it... looks like an engine out jon and I dont have the equipement here to doi usch a...

Right guys lets nail this one for me Got a slight leak on a TD5 and I deduced it down to a oil seal at the rear of the engine.... ie either camshaft or crank shaft seal Now is this an engine out job or can it be done in situe

course its a landy - Dico 2 Slight oil leak, cos i park on an incline Ive noticed oil over the front cross member and over the disc shown in the pic.... nothing to write home about but still a leak With having a missin wading plug could this cause a slight bit of oil to leak
