    Hi mate, mine had this exact same issue, it is the heating element in the steering wheel, the only way to get it working is to replace the wheel. I replaced mine with a new heated wheel and it all works now, and i will tell you what the heated wheel is the best thing since sliced bread!! Matt

    Hi Kate The buttons are pressed onto the plastic housing with tabs moulded onto the rubber buttons, i used a very small watch makers screw driver to release the small rubber tabs from the plastic house, just really carefully push the small flathead screw driver into the edge of the buttons...

    You need to burn the disc at the slowest speed your machine will do and if there is a an option select mode1 burning method. Using a CD-R disc is fine, but it must be burnt at the slowest speed, like 1x Matt

    if you have the old MK3 CD based system then you will need to purchase the newer version from NAVTEQ Maps and Traffic if however you have upgraded the old MK3 to the newer DVD based MK4 unit then you can use the 2010 map disc that you can download from my website www.myrangerover.co.uk. Matt
