The green oval disc 2 only goes upto the 2003 L322 model year for the 2006 model you will need a subscription to Topix, the Land Rover technical website. It still will be useful for you to have the 2003 workshop manual as alot of the systems on the 2006 are from the original BMW 2003 model. But...

Before you do this make sure you remove the fuses for the entertainment system, think it's fuse 8 and 49. If you don't you will blow your multimeter. And damage the entertainment system. The car takes at least 16 minutes to completely shutdown, you know when its shutdown when the red light on...

Hi all, At weekend i went under my 03 Range Rover and noticed that the suspension parts e.g. suspension arms, joints etc... are starting to look like they have a bit of surface rust :eek: my question whats the best solution to clean them up and preserve them ready for winter etc.. was...

The lock to lock trick will only clear soft faults, like battery disconnection that type of thing... not major hard faults, for this you will need to connect it to a diagnostic system or EAS kicker type thing. Matt

That will only work if the light on the EAS hold height button is lit, if there is no lights on the panel at all I would check the fuses in the glove box matt

my insurance is for garage parking, stock range rover alarm/imobliser etc.. with full vehicle tracking system, and its still £208 a month, at least its better than before i was 21 as before i could not even get it insured lol :doh: Matt
