Welcome Keith... Check the boot floor out from underneath if you can't lift the carpet (might be wise to prise the carpet up anyway). Check the front inner wings and footwells and the rear inner arches (open the back doors and look where the wheel arch meets the pillar) for rust.

That'd be a blinding idea... especially if it was a fully kitted workshop and opened just for forum members on a sunday for example.

I would 1st replace the leaking seal or the grease will ouse out anyway... drain the oil... replace the seal... refill with either new oil or oneshot grease.

Could also be swivel pin bearings need adjusting... easy job.

I've sent one too.

try fuse, if that fails... take a look at the switch gear... the cables break off the back... easy solder job.
