Definatly sounds like pump timimg, happened to mine. Comes from people not setting pump up after timing belt change.

Well i'm finally doing it. I currently have a Mitsubishi L200 Warrior double cab and a 90 for off roading. I just had a go in a TD5 110 and can't believe it.....its comfy! I think it might have something to do with the driving position, its much kinder on my back that has been giving me a hard...

Ah, i see, have asked you that question in another thread. I am an agricultural engineer and have worked all over central asia and former soviet union using 4x4's and other stuff so building the truck should be no problem, just deciding what to do to it.
