Evenin Joiner called today to look at fixing my creaking hinges and sawn off door. He had a look and decided that the door was ruined, he said he should be back as early as next week with another new door :(

Ha, it's leaking from the cistern outlet pipe and running down the outside of the pipe and onto the bowl. Something to do with the cistern not being in line with the bowl and the pipe being on an angle on two planes I would say. Cistern not level and not in line with the wall and toilet bowl...

I had a similar problem with space on the full size sink in my camper van, I ended up using a bath u bend / trap which took up less than half the space and was closer to the sink when fitted
