How long do you think it will be before someone trys that with a disco ?

I would try heating it up a bit. Not too hot, some were like on top of a boiler or on a radiator (if the wife let's you) would do. Baking paint will help it go off. Give it a try but don't blame me for the paint smell in your house !!!!!!!

I've got the new bfg mud km2's and would give them 10 out of 10. Great off road and quiet on it. Don't use any more fuel than at's. Worth thinking about anyway. Mudnaty.

Hi. I'm just about to the front wheel bearing on my disco. The manual says to take the disc off the hub. Do you have to ? It's a nasty job and I would like to avoid it if I could !!!! Mudynaty.

Hi. Can you help ? My dads got a 96 300 tdi disco and it's got a starting problem. It doesn't start First thing in the morning when it's cold. It's gone down to -12 c here in Scotland. I've changed the lift pump for a new oe one, new fuel filter, and bled the fuel system. Still didn't start...

Putting the seats in is one thing, getting insurance is another. Get a quote first.

Hi. The uj joints have gone on my front prop. I've ordered the parts but they will not come till Wednesday. I need to use the disco for work on mon and tue. Wil it be ok to take the front prop off and lock the diff ? I will drive about 100 miles. I have heard that some people have done this...

I've got a mate who's got the kumho's and he doesn't rate them. Not great in the mud and have knocked 5 mpg of he's truck. Go for bfg MUDs. Cost more but worth it.

Land rovers do use alot of fuel. It does take some getting used to. I would think about putting a k&n air filter on it. Will give you about 5% better mpg. Makes the car sound better too !!! I've had them on all my land rovers.

I would also think about the new bfg MUDs. I've just got a set they are very quiet on the road and I'm not realy getting any less mpg on the 235 MUDs than I did on 205 ats. Off road the are in a class of there own I've been through a foot of snow up hill and not had to use the diff lock. Ten out...
