I'm just about to change the fuel injection pump on my dads 1996 300 tdi auto disco. The Haynes manual say's that you need to replace the pump front gasket and the pump hub cover plate gasket. Can you tell me what the part numbers are for these? Ta

No 5 years is the best you will get out of a spring. Its got nothing with mileage, the spring are still suporting the weight of the car when it is still. new spring are a great thing to fit on a car, make the ride really better.

Hi, So my dads disco, 1996 300 tdi auto 4hp22, put its front prop through its grearbox sump last night [ giving me a 7 hour tow home ending at 4 am, dont ask ] He now knows why we grease uj joints now anyway. Does anyone know were i can get a sump for it online ? Or even a part number for it...

I can't help feeling that the mph disco is going to be one of those super rare land rovers that we will read about in land rover mag's in 20 years time. Every one just scraps them now. Be different, do it up.

It will give a bit more oomph and mpg. Try a k & n air filter as well.
