IMO if your cam sensor were failing/intermittent you would have a lot more severe symptoms than you have - as grr said his engine cut out. The EECU has to know the position of the cam or the engine will not start/cut out immediately

But you can really throw a blank cheque at it.....depends what you want to do! I would say out of that your bushes (;)) and ball joints / anti roll links may need attention. But he should inspect and let you know what he thinks!

EGR is to do with reducing NOx emissions in exhaust. Works by putting exhaust back in fresh charge. Which IMO is useless on a car like this - you want a cold dense charge (as it has an intercooler). Over time it gets clogged - causing sluggish performance. Feels like Turbo at ½ speed all the...

When was it last serviced? id suggest to drop the oil, air filter, put some injector cleaner in to see if that cured before going down anything to expensive ('99 have fuel filter?). Fuel/Air/Spark you are having a lack of one or a combination of them if it is not as simple as above

    grease points

Will also be on UJ's if you can't get any grease in (i.e. the nipple is blocked) i would advise replace UJ's - without grease they won't last long.

I've used black circles.com they are reasonable. Maxis and Yokohama are good options. Used to run scorpions but then I was told that only verdes would fit - and they were rubbish.
