living in skelmersdale u might also wanna give Bala Off Road a go, its a nice drive there and a nice size site, some easy stuff and some more challenging, ideal if you are new to off-roading, its on the 1st Sunday of every month, no paperwork required

Honestly now, would you really change a tyre deep in mud getting u and all ur equip full of ****e......... i wouldnt, u would just get recoverd to some flat solid ground n do it there, chances are you wouldnt notice u had a puncture untill u were on flat hard ground anyway, i wouldnt worry about...

No, no light in low range, are you trying to get it in while you are stationary? If so put the car in first and ease of the clutch so it bites and starts rolling then all in one swift but gentle move, clutch in move the low range lever in to neutral and over to difflock side then pull the lever...

The low ratio lever is a H shaped selection so will it go over to the bottom left (low range/difflock) easyish? if its not been used it will be stiff but the more its used the easy it will get..... the light might not come on due to a fuse or bulb, if it will go in low/difflock drive a few...

Do you definitely know its not engaging difflock?

Spoke to Tom today, he still open, still gets grief off the plod and sometimes they still sit at the bottom of the entrance, if they are there he said just drive past, bout 1/4 mile further on theres another entrance to the farm, which is his own and not "forestry commission" which he has...

The first bit use an image host site. The second bit you can use a strap whether you have lowered shock mounts or not, plus you most probably will be able to use lowered shock mounts (should u wish) with your current setup I think this is what u were saying :confused:
