    As per header gents where is the location of engine number? Motor is a 3.9 v8 from a 1989 RRC? Need to change it on v5 and send off

    As James said use original places I've put up a thread on mine it's not finished yet but getting there I used a 3.9 from a RRC and bolted it up to a 90 v8 manual gearbox and it works a treat all I moved where the engine mounts

    Thanks mr noisy took it round yard for a run and seemed to stay relatively cool as only went just over half but that's with fans on from start when cold I guess won't know until first proper run on the road will change thermostat too I think as looks original

    Yea everything rad and hose wise gets hot but it's too hot to touch for more than 2 seconds I've just never had anything run this hot before but with the gauge issues too I don't know if it's running too hot and don't want to do a test run incase I cook it?
