My fathers discovery had a simalar problem, The leak was coming from the windows in the back at the top there was a little tiny hole near the rubber seal both sides, he had the floor welded

Fitted Injectors fitted still no better:confused: Starting to think its the egr valve cant see what else it can be Heater plugs should be here monday

Also just a quick one is it beneficial to fit an egr blanking kit

Hi guys just wondering what is the best cutting compound for a faded 300 tdi bonnet, i tried t cut but it didnt do a great job is there anything better i can use

Thanks for that that table pyper if the injectors and heater plugs dont fix it will maybe have to look at the egr, i guess its one less thing to try will get there in the end hopefully, it does show on that table black and white smoke for an egr only seem to be getting white smoke though

hi guys checked all the pipes , wastegate etc they all see fine i have ordered some new injectors as famous four advised me to do so, i will try them and hopefully that will sort it out thanks again dan
