    i recently had the same problem,my swivell was leaking n/side an blowing onto the wheel and disc contaminating the pads so every time i braked it pulled to the off/side.

    I fitted this kit called forest wires , i purcased them at billing & when i am not using them i undo at wing end and zip tie to my roof rack

    cheers shifty i have since sorted it, i suspect that the people who fitted the turbo didnt change the rotator filter when they did the oil change. I changed the oil & filters yesterday 8 and a bit litres of fully synthetic & hey presto the popping noise has gone. Thanks anyway for your input a

    Another clutch problem i think!

    just to the right of the servo you will see a plate with 6 small screws in it, remove them and you will see the threaded bar with a couple of nuts on. One is a lock nut one an adjuster, cant remember which way you go to adjust the bite dabble with it alll will become obvious. Hope this helps

    Normally if its the fork it goes alltogether normally without warning, try adjusting it you should get a better bite.

    TD5 smoking and stinking in traffic.

    check your ecu for oil in it, if there is oil change your injector loom & clean the ecu out. hope this helps

    Is it a td5 If so my idler bearing started to sieze. up nothing to do with the clutch that is possibly unfortunate coinsidence Idler bearing easy to swap not expensive hope this helps

    sorry got no photos of either but i can get them, if i amreading this right you cant get the alco lock up or down because the spare gets in the way. my adjustable tow bar is in the lowest position poss & all i do is open the back door and i can lock on or off & just drop the jockey wheel down...

    Do you have to pump your brakes at all, if so on my td5 90 its normally a wheel bearing starting to let go. I think it will be the bushes get a bar on them & see if you have any movement.
