Cant see any reason why you have to remove the prop, if you have sockets on an extension you can get the top nut off wich is a different size to the bottom nut, cant remember the sizes though sorry. pretty easy job

Hi Shifty Respect what your saying but it has cured the over reving between gears thatll do for me.

you need 2 spanners 1 to steady the lock nut 1 to wind the switch off & on Very straightforward.

Hi 90 td5 The revs used to stay high during gear changes the clutch switch had obviously failed I put a new clutch switch on solved the prob straight away.

finally sorted the overeving on my td5 90, changed the clutch switch 10 min job didnt even have to bleed, solved over revving £18 del e bay:D

Just get hold of the wheel at the top pull towards you and push aggresivly you will feel the play. I know on my td5 if a wheel bearing is starting to give up the brakes have to be pumped to work properly.

Hi Had my td5 90 8 years no great issues apart from a turbo bit expensive,be carefull when you change the dome/spinner oil filter the thread in the base strips out very easy,and easy to remedy 2 longer bolts drop straight through and nylocks wound on. Use quality oils watch your coolant...

As above You are experincing rear axle steer because the rear axle is moving slightly either the bushes have perished or the nut secureing them has come loose. Hope this helps
