Cheers folks, looks like I best fit another new rad, have 600mile round trip for Christmas and have my 4 month old daughter with me so don't want to take any risks

PCC500170 is this a suitable replacement for my 1995 disco ES auto with air con? I can get this for a good price, looking on the web it lists 300tdi but for defender, I need to make sure this is suitable for my discovery before committing to buy. Can anyone help??? Thanks

After getting through 5 o-rings trying to stop the leak I managed to somehow cross thread the bottom union that bolts the oil cooler pipe to the rad. Before I go out and buy yet another new rad and cooler pipe (current one is only a year old!) any other suggestions as to how to sort? Have...

Wow, I really should have known about that drain plug! Does that mean by draining the block and bottom rad hose the system will be completely empty other than coolant in the heater matrix?

OAT? Hmm.. all I know is that I usually by blue stuff (MEG) from the local car factors...

Thanks, I'm now doubting my exact mix so intend to pull the bottom rad hose, flush with water hose and refill starting with 5.5L of coolant. '95 300tdi es disco with aircon - presumably the capacity is 11L?
