OK overheated warped heads done....take for ride still overheating even without AC on. Note electric fans not coming on....mmm...they are meant too when temp gets high. Next suspect is rad....OK easily done but why no electric fans? Checked all connections,fuse etc all looked OK....any bright...

No didn't check water pump or thermostate. No noise from pump abd feeling pipes the thermostate seems to be working. Could also be radiator I guess but I just need an answer on when the fans come on. Are they only for AC or for additional cooling as well? If only for AC then something more is...

My ABS pump is becoming very noisy and irritating to boot. Have changed the accumulator wich helped in that the noise was only every 8 to 10 brake applications. Changed the brake fluid as i read some where this would help.....no luck. So do I have to replace it or can it be rebuilt????

So viscous coupling arrives and I look into how to fit it and see there are special two tools required, LRT-12-093 and 094, to renmove and refix fan. Has anyone mamaged to do this with coventional tools as I woukld like to avoid putting her into RR just for this. Thanks

Bingo AC now working. Solution got some contact cleaner and cleaned all contacts to compressor and also sprayed to back of clutch where wires enter. Old age and a bit of muck i guess.

Wills just went down and tried settings you suggested the Auto went out when I went from 16 to Lo??? Still nothing happened with clutch just not clicking in.

Wills No handbook is not showing and no the compressor is not clicking in. I had set the temp to Auto at 17 degrees not lo both sides.
