Ive seen a couple made out of gass bottles, The door and frame, ash pan ,hot plate ontop etc all made from mild steel miged on

give it a good run round on a dry day helps to dry the chassis out (easier said than done his time of year)

the order only really matters on an empty system. i do it with engine off, with no servo help the peddle should be rock hard, and drop slightly when you start

Check for leaks and give it another bleed It has been known for flexi brake pipes to blow up like a balloon under pressure so you loose you peddle

a lot of time the brakes get a better peddle when bedded in, especially if there is a lip on the disc. is the pedal right to the floor or just low and hard
