I did this to my previous freelander (it was a late pre-facelift) and I don't recall having to change any of the wiring.

Replaced the windscreen washer jet as the previous owner had put a too smaller nut on the thread and it was just wobbling away on the bulkhead!

would it not just be 40 / 250 ? Gives you 0.16 of a litre. so maybe round up to 200ml?

I second that (the Simabars that is).. just slides on to a bracket that is bolted on to the spare wheel holder.... I've uploaded a pic onto my images if you want to look (although it is with bikes attached)

Well, I finally decided to wire it manually and now have working aircon :), just as well in this weather.
