Thanks guys. Bad news is defenders are the top stolen car in the country due to high residuals and three defenders have been stolen in Warrington this week. Might seriously have to consider buying something else!

I would stick it back on e bay. I fitted the right model snorkel to a 300tdi last year it was bearmarch with mushroom top and it was still a pain in the arse to fit and I would never do another one. The guy is right who says the inner plastic engine air breather is needed to fit the snorkel...

There is a reason Landys are fitted with that size wheel. The steering can be really heavy with a smaller one. I would get a newer landrover wheel off e bay 2007 - 10 puma wheels are 36 spline and TD5s.. from about £30
