Doesn't seem to do it at low spin. I.e when I rotate after jacking. Have to get up to 30 then slow down.. Totally disappears when gently applying the break. Can't think what the rear drum could be doing if it's ok after breaking

hi , I think the noise is coming from the rear offside wheel. Feels like there is a large stone suck in the tyre but when gently applying the breaks it goes away. So must be break related. Any thoughts?
