Right, managed to get gold of the guy who does work on my car and he seems to think it's either gear box or due to some play in front prop. Also mentioned it looks like one of the seals has gone near the prop, forgot where he said. Asked him to have a look as noticed some oil on road outside...

No only does it when the car is moving whilst in gear with no gas on.

Would it come and go with the clutch pressing?

Cheers pal! I'll have a look at weekend. When i put diff lock on yesterday the dash light seemed to be flickering or dimming when I applied the gas. If it is one of the diffs, any ideas as the cost involved in repair or replacement?

When I come of the gas and roll the Disco whilst still in gear there is a scraping noise coming from somewhere, can't figure where abouts. When I press the clutch pedal, so the car is basically freewheeling, the noise goes away :-S any ideas people?

After moving the plastics slightly, it stop so you must be right! Any fix?
