Ok so centre difflock is working fine, even though light on dash isn't. What amount of play should be acceptable when turning wheel before it locks? Front wheel goes round about 1/4 turn before diff lock stops it and therefore half a wheel turn back in opposite direction before wheel stops...

True, they do my last defender was puma 110 xs sw it was comfy and very warm in winter and very cool in summer. Is it an easy fit then if the whole thing is bigger? Will try the jacking thingy majiggy and report back, should have known this tbh so simple :doh:

Howdy all My heater matrix has bust on my 1994 300tdi Defender, it's loosing coolant at an alarming rate down front left wheel arch and into foot well :o:( Is it possible to buy complete new box housing including everything? Or you guys think I should just get a new matrix? Those rivet nuts...

Another alternative to the clutch claw is an 'Ard Case from Mud I think. I'm thinking of getting one of those and a disklok for mine and an alarm to go with my immobiliser. Hope the thieving knob eds don't ever come back to get it. My 110 dcpu was stolen a few years back, so silent and prepared...

yeh the performance is fine and when it gets to 85mph in my landy it just doesnt go any faster even down a hill lol it doesnt affect the torque mpg bhp etc because its a special limiter like what someone already posted about, using tyre speed etc it is clever and beneficial to u but i think...

sun roof is an option on: 90/110 county hard tops 90 base/county/xs station wagons 110 base/county/xs station wagons there u go... :)

mine doesnt so it might not be standard on XS although im pretty sure ull be able to get a sunroof as an option ill just go double check
