That sounds good, they are bit of a labour of love but I enjoy doing the small jobs on them, mines 1974 so no need for any diagnostics on that one just a manual and a bucket of spanners! I'm in Laois what bout urself?

Looks like a big difference, does it leave brush marks or does it just dry out smooth?

Another option would be mid grey and limstone, my own is this combo see pic attached, like the pastel green also, mid grey seems rare enough where I am.

Yeah it's probably the way to go cant imagine it to be too easy doing a good DIY job on it! Great project though, is yours pastel green or mid grey can't tell from here!? Mine is a series 3 but during my respray etc.. I found it hard to find anything that referenced original bolts, rivets...

Looking excellent, what's your plan on steering wheel are you spraying it? Interested to know as mine could do with an overhaul but not sure what to use that won't just come off!

Spoke to guy who painted mine last night, he used 5ltr for main body and 2.5 of limestone for hardtop and roof etc... He gave me a few bottles of touch up abd still has a small amount left for when I slap it off something. Good to hear MOT went well. You should post a few pics of it
