    Hi all, defender 90 working

That sounds good, they are bit of a labour of love but I enjoy doing the small jobs on them, mines 1974 so no need for any diagnostics on that one just a manual and a bucket of spanners! I'm in Laois what bout urself?

    Hi all, defender 90 working

Thanks for that, I was thinking the hi cap was gone there was no price on it anywhere, I walked around it last Saturday and thought it was mint! Your landy looks very good I suppose the bonus about ex esb fleet is that I'm sure it was well serviced etc... And in your case a bonus that the yellow...

Hi Cormac, looks like a nice motor, very rare to see an ex ESB in a 90 there seems to be plenty of 110's knocking around on done deal!! Best of luck with it!

What have you done to your Landie today.

Did nearly 200 miles in the old girl today and she never missed a beat! Longest journey do far pretty chuffed with how it went ;)

Another option would be mid grey and limstone, my own is this combo see pic attached, like the pastel green also, mid grey seems rare enough where I am.

    1965 series 2a restoration ( not the lemon )

Yeah it's probably the way to go cant imagine it to be too easy doing a good DIY job on it! Great project though, is yours pastel green or mid grey can't tell from here!? Mine is a series 3 but during my respray etc.. I found it hard to find anything that referenced original bolts, rivets...

Series 3 on the road again

Spoke to guy who painted mine last night, he used 5ltr for main body and 2.5 of limestone for hardtop and roof etc... He gave me a few bottles of touch up abd still has a small amount left for when I slap it off something. Good to hear MOT went well. You should post a few pics of it
