Made these today, a few pictures of how they were made Removed sills and used them as a template, drew round them on 40 x 80 box section to get the length and the radius at the ends Decided that I wanted the ends of the sliders to taper back in towards the wheel arch...

Hi, I just aquired a gearbox for my 90, don't know much about it's past other than it came out of a 110 and its an lt77. There are two paint spots on the main box, one is blue and the other is green, side by side. Could it be reconditioned or what? any ideas, ta.

that's just what I was doing to check it was all working properly, I think it's fine just never realised that you could move the lever directly to diff lock without going up and over and then back in, suppose I've not had the need to use it to much so far, thanks though.

not sure about that, there is a neutral between high and low, I just thought you had to go forward a bit before you could go over to the left to engage diff lock, maybe I'm talking crap though!

What your saying is not correct, when 1 and 4 are at tdc one is on a compression stroke and the other on an exhaust stroke, next revolution they are other way round so 1 should be on compression stroke for setting the timing

Could you be 180 degrees out with the crank turning twice for every single revolution on the cam, I know it was a common mistake in the past

Could be a-frame ball joint, quite common for them to go

What's about the biggest tyres I can fit on a 90 with no lift on suspension that won't give any problems, height, width and so on. Also wheel offsets? if I get new wheels. Any pictures to give an idea how they might look, Thanks.
