Just did a clutch change on me defender, now when I press the clutch in it springs to the floor stays but you can pull it up, it's like the pedal is just on its spring and not attached to the master cylinder, could it be just bleed the system and it'll be fine or is something else?:( Thanks for...

I wouldn't worry about it the seats will probably disintegrate into dust in another 5 miles...

Depends what parts you have put on! I have seen a land rover jump a 5ft foot jump at about 20mph and land really badly but the the Land Rover was fine although I would never jump my Land Rover and I think if you kept doing it it would deffently break something

They can fail much more easily, they may be lighter and give better MPG but you hit a rock at speed or drop the wheels at a height, then you can bend or snap the alloy wheels. If I was you, if you do a lot offroading I would invest in some steel wheels!

Go to a quite high jump or hit a bump really really hard and you'll wonder why you see bits of alloy and tire on the ground and your skidding on the chassis :D

No, but a dead dog can be useful as a decorative ornament, not my taste but people do it :p Replacing a dog doesn't feel the same though, you get too used the personality of the dead one! Same with defenders, if the engine goes, we replace it, we don't throw it out :D

Few planks of wood done with a few hashed nails will do nicely! I might try it but then again pain staking work removing limbs trapped on the nails :rolleyes: If you do make a bumper, I'd love to see it, put a few pics up if and when you do it :D

Well you brush your teeth because you have been eating food and crap and probably because when you stick your head out the window when out stuck in the mud spinning the wheels then smile they are not as clean as before :D:D

The Range Rover is an unfinished project?! Looks to me it was never started... and that Defender, breaking for spares over a front diff?! I hardly believe that's its only problem.

Yup best advice would be to clean it with a toothbrush gets into all that nooks and crannies may take you a while! Just remember to clean the toothbrush afterwards otherwise you may have dirtier teeth than before!
