Right its started to well up with fluid in the bellhousing and started to drip so now onwards with either a new slave cylinder or a repair! Thanks James, damn thing nearly gave me a heart attack after putting everything back then suddenly the clutch pedal hits the floor! Time to follow busters...

The bellhousing isn't gasket sealed so fluid would drip out but it hasn't, do you think I will have to get back in the bellhousing? :(
