Key has to be within 1m of the required door handle. Post 10my RRS are also keyless start with no mechanical backup to override, therefore my thoughts are it must have been pinched with a key or on the back of a truck. Unless the thief stole the key, got in, started it and then put the key back...

I have a 90 Soft-Top with a pickup tub, drop down tailgate and a swing-away spare wheel. Dies anyone have a solution for fitting a 3rd brake light? I'm looking for something similar to a Freelander 1 setup where it sticks out above the spare wheel. A NAS one is no good as my tailgate drops...

I've got exactly the same bracket and it works a treat stuck to the screen. I'll try to post a picture. I found that I had to bend the stem back on itself in a swan-neck fashion to shorten the length and double it up for strength. I just bent it back on itself and used cable ties to keep it...

Undo the centre bolt but leave it on a couple of turns then shake the living hell out of the steering wheel and it'll come off. Must leave the nut on otherwise you'll get a steering wheel in the face which is bound to make you wince (nit to mention giving you two black eyes and a broken nose)!!
