Chaps Went to a 4x4 course in Sussex today in my TD5 90 yr 2000 Selected high and low fine Diff lock would not select by pushing left and light did not come on We did a "crossed axle" and diff lock appeared engaged driving a front and rear wheel Any thoughts? Regards Pete

Greased all UJs and splines, no change Found a rattling baffle box, not sure if that's it, it only does it when driving at 45 mph Might change it, will post here if I do

Trying to order a new fuel pressure regulator. Mine is a TD5 90 year 2000. Lots of websites are saying that the new one will not fit a 2000 model. Does anyone know the part number for a year 2000 TD5 90? Getting confused as usual !!!!! :confused:

Sorry must have my left and right wrong, new to TD5s. Its the driver side of the engine towards the back where the leak seams to be coming from, so difficult to see in there, been used to a 2.5 petrol

I have a TD5 in a 2000 90. There is a clear fluid leak dripping off the right hand side of the gearbox, its coming from higher up, the alternator is covered in fluid. Its flowing down from there. Its a drip to the floor about every 10 mins or so. Any one had that or can suggest leak source? Peter90

Thanks chaps, I have a 110 petrol 2.5 with just one on the nearside. My 90, yes it is a TD5 do you know if they were built like that from the factory?

I have just noticed that my 90 has 2 x Driver side swivel housings. The near side has a spare link. Hence each swivel housing has 2 levers for steering links. Has anyone seen this before? And is it OK? All diagrams I have seeen show 2 a levers driver side, 1 x lever nearside Regards Pete 90
