Are early D2 lights much of an upgrade?

Relaying the headlights also takes the strain off the main/dip beam switch. ;) And for people who don't fancy wiring themselves, theres even a nice premade loom. Boomslang Performance Headlight Loom

    Welding

I've never heard of that before! Guess my RRC is going to fall apart!!;) Could you elaborate on that one? There are a lot of gasses used for MIG welding. 100% CO2 is great because its dirt cheap and provides a hotter arc for more penetration. This can be a slight disadvantage is is the...

    EFI Conversion

Have you acquired a fully working & complete EFi system? What would you convert to? Flapper, Hotwire or go big on Megasquirt? Do you think the benefits would outweigh the cost of buying the injection system and spending the time converting to EFi? I'd gladly lend a hand spannering on another...

    Rocker breather question.

The pipe from the elbows to the four little pipes that go into the cylinder head puts fresh air into the exhaust ports. It effectively dilutes the exhaust so emissions are lower. Surprised this hasn't been removed/ditched yet! You can removed the pipes and blank the holes off at the cylinder...

What needed doing before you could MOT it? Sounds like I need to let Robbh loose on my RRC and it'd be ready for the MOT tomorrow!
