Have a look at it ffs. It might be loose, rusty, damaged or fallen out altogether. You don't know until you get the clocks out and see what's going on. If it is loose or corroded you'll need to clean all the rust off the earth leads and the surrounding area and re fit it, maybe with a decent nut...

Yep, 300 looks much better with the bigger headlights and central grill. Don't like the tiny little lenses with black plastic round them on the 200 front, it dated very quickly.
