Rear of HP injector pump for the fuel I . Spur is for the return form the injectors. I recon this part is still attached to the lift pump And just checked shed and not 1 fitted to an old pump

Badley made wheel arch extenders .. If something was that bad your rear tyres would show wear on the edges where the axle is tracking incorrectly.

The big blue relay is the hazard relay(also indicators) I’m thinking the others are Starter high beam Fog lights Fuel pump Glow plug will be a large yellow relay in the engine bay Have you got a fuse box cover?

Bring them both back.. you can always sell them if you want.

Some do catch on the lip of the guards when the TRE rolls over. Have you still got a return to centre shock fitted ?

Put all 4 bolts into box. put on steering arm Turn steering(engine running) a few times to center everything up Then do that mounting bracket up. No bushes etc on the thread just that big washer

Also if the bulb holder is not in the correct location it may not work. Line up the holder with pins from the working side

Can you remove the bulb holder from the other side & see if it works in the bad lens? Unsure if the wiring is linked through the bulb/holder. Need a voltage reader and find the correct cable & trace the wire back to the light that does not work.

What’s up with the light you have? If the lens is not cracked you may be able to short out on the rear contacts to make them work

Check the following Handbrake drum. Is this tight? When the prop goes on is it still tight? The UJs in the rear prop may have worn & need replacing. Is the big nut on the transfer box(behind the propshaft) tight?

Do the hardest job.. A frame bushes & knuckle(replace the whole knuckle with carrier & new bolts) I used the proper bushes for this job as they are a pain to do if they go again. Make up your own brake pipes or buy the set for your car. Can of black paint & wire brush to make stuff look nice if...

Well that’s 6 weeks to get the other list of parts needed. & the other 1 stripped. You don’t want to be finding you need parts & have to wait during the build.

Happy spannering then. It does make a difference for a few years not having to worry about things with a rebuilt motor. I put the chassis under mine about 1995 as the chassis was shot when I bought it. Now has a galv bulkhead.

So for welding & make your life easier Take rear tub off. Take doors & bulkhead/wings off Carry on doing the above & your 1/2 way to a chassis swap. You know you will be chasing rust on the old chassis. Have you got space to change the chassis?

Looking for a cheap 110 is looking like a challenge. Why not do a 90? All the parts forward of the door latches are the same. If your looking for a series motor look abroad,everything fits in a container & gets delivered
