its now running on gas..............:D how much of a happy bunny am i....:p had a fiddle with some bits (how technical is that then...) and its A..OK

think i will have to go over it all with a fine toothed comb........ still, worth the 15 to the gallon for the noise alone...:D

thanks guys.... what do the filters look like for lpg's... and are they something you can change yourself.? I tried running it at higher revs, about 3ooo, and there was a strong smell of gas. There is fuel in it, i filled it yesterday..(and felt quite smug at 50p a lt..)

Well, firstly..'hi all' i have just bought a 1989 v8 disco.. it is a carb model. It has twin underslung tanks. But..... it wont run on gas.!! It will tickover on gas, but as soon as you try to give it any throttle it dies. :mad: Although i have rebuilt landies and other 4x4's, custom...
