youve bought a defender, not a bmw not a porche, and when they were first built, the speed limits wernt nearly as high as 70mph. I usually stick at 55-60 and shes ok, any high she rattle or uses to much fuel ;) if you want higher speeds either try installing a discovery transfer box..

I might be completely wrong, but i dont think they came or come with head rests? i assume for rear visability when the seat is not in use..

maybe not be too picky, use the one for the flat bar, 2 holes through the bar and then tighten it up tight, you wont know the difference..

Righto - i will still want to put it through the fuse board obviously, so will go fuse board to relay. in which case ill just add it at 30 amps will post up my workings on here mate so you can check it for me because im often prone to dicking it up haha if thats all ok mate?

Seems sensible.. The one thing im not sure on is the amps of an electric fan as i didnt fit it and cant see anything written on it?

So if thin wall is the easiest to work with, is capable of the same as standard PVC yet a lot cheaper, why SHOULD i go for general pvc?

Thanks ginga thats brilliant of you, but yeh ive already thought about the board thing, im goign for a LED fuse board with a common feed which i will put a nice thick battery cable too to make sure it can handle it. With regards to the cabling i will give him a shout. nice one bud thanks!
