    First of all check for play in the wheel bearings on that wheel. Then... Wheel off, drive flange off, remove the 2 caliper bolts and carefully tie the caliper out of the way without knackering your brake pipes, use a drift/screwdriver to bend the hub locking washer straight, remove outer lock...

    Trying to work out if a friend of mine has uprated rear halfshafts on his 90. They are early 24 spline rears that use a thick drive flange, but the drive flange is not attached to the half shaft. I thought all 24 spline rear shafts had integral drive flanges? Which would make these ones...

    Have you disconnected the power from the injection pump? If not then start by checking that you're getting fuel, crack off the injector pipes and turn it over on the starter, should get fuel spraying out of them all.

    Gearbox is not the same as the transfer box, no. No way does it cost that much to replace a transfer box, not sure about gearbox costs because you might as well do clutch etc as well if that's coming off. You could start investigating it yourself, or just send it off to a garage. No idea about...
