BP5ES-11 is the same plug but is gapped from the factory to 1.1mm (44 thou in old money). You might need to adjust the gap to your engine's spec which is easy to do.

I suspect your RRC VM diesel engine is very similar to the ones fitted to Jeep Cherokees from the early 1990's. Food for thought...
