All Have had my 03 TD5 for 3 years am about to hit 80k miles and just had the exhaust manifold changed (to much right foot after the chip upgrade:D) But what else is about to go - does this sound like I am tempting fate??? To date its only been consumables and the odd seal here and there.

Just had my exhaust manifold changed today at 80k miles (on an 03 plate). Other than that there has not been anything major. Look out for stiff gear change and signs that the Disco has been driven hard on the motorway and was once a company car. Look for water ingress from the sun roof if fitted...
