New update. Steering UJ are fine! Had the girlfriend turning the steering wheel with me led underneath the front and the creaking seems to be coming from around the bottom of the steering box. So it looks like it might be the Drop arm ball joint thats knackered! It looks like I can get a Drop...

Bit of an update! When sat in the car without the engine running if I turn the steering wheel left or right you can hear some creaking. It's making me think that the steering UJ make be shot.

Seems to only happen when turning. Not long replaced the steering UJ but only with a 2nd hand one so I'm going to take that back off and have a good look at it.
