    MAF sensor

I might give the MAF sensor a clean with AF Isoclene a Isopropyl Spray 99.7% pure Isopropanol Leaves no residue Ideal for cleaning magnetic read/write heads, edge connectors when reseating PC boards, etc Have about 10 cans here so that will do the trick.

    MAF sensor

What Im trying to explain is if she or me put the foot to the floor it pulls off well and no spots found. So I presume the MAF sensor is ok. She does not drive fast or heavy footed but its just poor on MPG hence my question.

    MAF sensor

Chaser, As you stated below if the FL has flat spots etc change the MAF, my misses FL pulls away like a train on speed so I presume there is nothing wrong with it. The reason I ask is the fuel economy is poor so I was thinking of changing the MAF sensor. Its a 2006 FL facelift. It...

    EGR problem

Question: If he's already done the EGR blanking mod why would he need to blank off the pipe feeding the EGR, its already blanked off at the new EGR mod end? Or am I missing something!

    Freelander 2 Fuel Economy

Nope its a 2Ltr diesel but she only uses it for shopping at Tesco's which is 6 miles away and to her works and back which is 3 miles away. Car does not warm up hence the crap economy. It has the EGR mod as well and may try chipping to see if that helps.
