Year when your big and hard enough! Right - so they don't pay council tax, then why the **** does the council put in mains and collect the bins? Sorry- does not make sense. Why would the council do a job they don't get paid for! Its hard enough to get them to do what they are paid for!

I have oftern wondered about the fair park travellers who set up in a field for several months, sometimes years, get the bins collected, mains put in etc....Do they pay council tax?

I have been told that my 1997 Tdi 300 disco has two fuel filters. Found the one in the engine compartment - wheres the other one? I have looked in the Haynes manual and checked the Rave cd - still don't know what I am looking for! :confused:

I don't have one! Got better things to spend my money on!
