    nooooooooooo abs will not work with one sensor faulty you will have normal braking so if you rely on abs change asap.

    an easy way to check if it is the hose or the caliper is to open the bleed nipple,open the bleed nipple if the wheel can be turned freely again its the hose,if it still cant be turned its the caliper;)

    i think this is true of petrol engines but not diesel,diesel requires both cam and crank sensor signals to run properly.:)

    i agree when the chain is streched it could cause timing fault between cam and crank sensor but it should flag up a fault code if there was a miss match,

    lambda looks ok so looks like the cat is not up to the job,most aftermarket cats are not up to the job,have changed 3 in one year on a fiesta,try to save customers money but ends up more expensive in longrun,stick to origanal:)

    may be a long shot but make sure none of the ballance weights have been knocked off the propshafts,maybe a mark where it used to be:)

    yeh sorry mine is the 2004 td4 with only the under arch pump and injector pump on engine.mondeo was the same only the two pumps:cool:

    agree hear as the prop is in two parts and you have to split to fit the vcu bearings .so if fitted in a diffrent position on the splines the ballance weights will be in diffrent positions.always mark propshafts when i take them off:)

    hi i had this with an early ford mondeo with the tdci engine, it had a lift pump under the r/h wheel arch all i did on this was to join the fuel pipes to bypass the electric lift pump and it started and ran fine with no problems, ford stopped fitting the lift pumps after about a year or two so...

    IRD pinion oil seal not 'o' ring need help pls

    if you paint mark the nut and pinion you can then tighten back to same position,done this many times with no problems as long as the bearings are ok.

    depends what you mean by steamed up,mine works fine in frost and normal steaming up,[also have some elements not working] but heavy steaming to the point where when you wipe it its soaking ,it will not look at it,happens to mine in the colder and wet weather,fine in morning come 5 oclock when...

    my key wont come out of fuel cap when the cap is off the car,checked on rave manual and this is correct,also says if not correctly seated in filler the key wont come out.are u sure its the right cap? petrol/diesel?
