You posted while I was typing, I presumed it was older so not sure where relay is, if fitted ?

My monies on the headlight relay, usually behind the dash somewhere, listen for the click when you switch the lights on it will help locate it, could also be the switch itself but from what you describe, relay

Unlikely but anyway, try RPI they did have some in stock but you will need to get the right one, there are several part numbers. You could lift the fuse box relays one at a time checking for any signs of overheating/burning to the pins and the fuseboard itself, if everything looks ok 'chances'...

So what are you actually looking for, owners manual, workshop manual ???

Do not use wd40 in the lock dust will stick to it and make it worse, use graphite only

Mines been fine, mind you changed all me door seals last month so that probably helps, all me locks n buttons are well greased so no problem there either but me alternator just went tits up LOL
