Hi Lynall, Thanks for the info. Ihave had a look at the youtube videos but don't understand that the solenoid works and operates the latch with the remote. If the solenoid was weak or cable detached the top tailgate would not open. I am thinking it may be a relay or broken wire. Any comment?

Hi All. Does anybody know if there is a common problem with the seat memory not working. The seats do what I ask with the switches on the side of the seats but not with the memory switches on the door. Any suggestions to guide me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi Landy people. Can any one tell me if it is normal for the rear hatch door to only be open with the remote. I can hear the micro switch click if I try to open it with the handle but the solenoid does not activate. I bought the vehicle like that so do not know if it is normal.
