I drained the cooler out and got about half a spray can lid full. But that's over nearly four years of use. What do you think would be the best way to flush out the cooler.

Just removed the cooler now and there seems to be a mass of oil in there. There also seems to be oil around the breather on top of the rocker cover. Could there be a breather problem? Or is there anyway to check the oil seals in the turbo.

How much play should there be on the turbine. Or should there not be any.

I don't think the engine is worn as it was rebuilt about 4 years ago but it is quiet well tuned and I have quiet a large intercoler so I'm wondering if it's pulling more vapour through than normal. It also has a small amount of water in the which I am taking as a bit of condensation as she...

Hi all. I'm currently in the middle of a rebuild and I have just removed the intercooler and I have found oil in the cooler and both pipes. What would cause this? Is this bad news? What's the best way to remove the oil from the cooler? Any advice would be great 👌

Bulkhead removal. "DONE" 😓

Next time I've just 4 bolts to remove the bulkhead then it's engine and box removal time. Not so long before I start that I hope. 👍

Mines running at 20 psi on a standard manifold and has been for 4 years no probe although I do have a larger intercooler. It also has the module to stop it going it to limp mode.

Great build mate. I'm doing mine at the moment going on a galv and I feel your pain with all the rust. I think mine was used to launch fishing boats looking at the state of all mine. 😖😖😖😖
